¿Should I pick GTX 1060 or RX 580? (in terms of power consumption)

Hey guys, i'm new here and i'll build a pc for some gaming (from LoL and DotA2, to some GTA 5 and Battlefield, Asetto Corsa, Playerunkown BG, and so on), 3Dmax, Autocad, Cinema 4D, and some Adobe software, but i keep making myself the same question....

Which GPU of both options (1060 or 580) to pick, having in mind power consumption?

The build is:

CASE: NZXT S340 Midi-Tower
MoBo: Gigabyte ATX GA-AX370-GAMING K7
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600
GPU: ¿?¿?¿?¿?¿?¿?¿¿?¿?¿?¿?¿?¿?¿¿?¿?¿?¿?¿?¿?¿¿?¿?¿?¿?¿?¿?¿
RAM: Kingston HyperX FURY Black DDR4, 2133MHz 8GB
SSD: Lite-On MU3 PH5, 120GB, SATA III, 2.5"
HDD: Toshiba DT01ACA100 3.5'', 1TB, SATA III, 6 Gbit/s, 7200RPM
COOLER: CPU Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
EXTRA FANS (x2): Cougar CF-D12HB-R, 120mm, 1200RPM (Front of the case)
PSU: 500w Corsair - TXM Gold 550W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-Modular
WLAN CARD: PCI Express Double band AC1200
SCREEN: LG 29UM58 LED 29'', Full HD, UltraWide, HDMI
MOUSE: Logitech G502
KEYBOARD: ---Still thinking about which one---

I'm aiming to stay with this build at least 5-6 years (maybe adding more ram from time to time)... But what really worries me is the amount of difference in power consumption, i wanna know (if someone has either cards) if that factor is really a big deal when refering to "electricity bill".

I mean, if the diference is not that big (like 10% more power usage between gtx 1060 and 580 per month) i'll definitely go for AMD, but if its really a big problem i'll pick the gtx 1060

rx 480? i dont like it that much... FYI, i'm planning to use my pc like 6-7 hours, 4 to 5 days a week

PS: yeah, i know about free-sync and v-sync and g-sync + long term value + longer support over years with AMD + heat+ noise + MSI or GB or EVGA editions + bla bla bla... what really keeps me worried is power usage in terms of money i'll pay on bills over the years

Is there a specific link to this build? If so please send me the link.
The RX 580 won't impact your electric bill , same as a GTX 1060. They are both very power efficient.
Once again send me the link or your price range/ currency. The build can use some fixing in terms of price/perf.

*I Tweaked Sometings! Youre getting super better performance. The Ryzen 7 1700 comes with the Wraith Spire RGB Cooler too! The fans and cooler are not needed...

That's the bad CX 750M. And promoting kinguin or G2A or CDKeys for Windows 10 is a gray area in both legality and on this forum. Be aware of promoting them.

Not really a difference between the two motherboards.
I suggest the RX 580, it's a bit better and has 1 more GB of VRAM if you go for the weaker one.
The electricity bill is same for both, in 10 hours of gaming they're going to waste around 1.5KW.

I see you chose the Corsair TXM. Those are indeed pretty good units, even without the 7 year warranty. I was just pointing out to that Subaru guy for choosing that CX unit since it is a bad unit.

no, get the cheaper one

also the ryzen 1700 is NOT worth it over the 1600

also +1 on the rx 580

The 1700 won't make a difference in gaming, games will not utilize all cores even on the 6 core.

You're right, but no need for 750W anyways.

Well, OP said he's going to use Premiere, AutoCAD, and 3ds Max. But yep, OP doesn't have the budget to get a R7-1700 anyways.
