İs this a good system ?

Hello people.So,Im thinkin of upgrading my PC.My current specs. are;
GİGABYTE GA-880GM-USB3 Motherboard
AMD FX4100 3.6 GHZ Quad Core CPU
Ati HD6850 1GB 256BİT GPU
4GB RAM
500watt PSU
and 32bit w7 OS.

I plan to replace them with;

MSİ 970A-G46 AMD 970+SB950 AM3+ DDR3 2133MHz(O.C.)
AMD FX X8 8350 Soket AM3+ 4GHz 16MB
SAPPHİRE R9 290 BF4 Edition GDDR5 4GB 512Bit
8GB RipjawsX DDR3 1600MHz
EVEREST BTX-750-1 750W PSU
And OFC 64bit W7 OS.

I already have 4 cooling fans,2 blowing air out and 2 blowing air in.İs it enought to solve any overheating problems ?
Any bottleneck possibilities ?
İs it good enough to play BF4 on ultra settings ?

Any help will be appreciated.

No bottleck with this system
U may need good Cpu cooler even if u dont plan to overclock
And yes
Hell yes u will smash thru bf4 @ultra settings

I dont think you are worried about your gpu choice coz it is an excellent choice

Thanks for the answers maktovic.intel is slightly better as expected.But doesnt matter much in my situation,right ?Gotta save as much money as I can.Sorry for any grammar mistakes.

Dont worry
Fx8350 has 3d furmark 11 physics score of 6870 while i5 4670k has 6820
Fx 8350 will definitely perform better than 4670k in future games or atleast equal to it
