i had a problem with the directx drivers when i tried to install the new version it told me that a better version had been installed but when i tried to play my games they do not work it tells me: could not load direct3d

i tried woth direct x happy ininstall but it does not work either

please tell me what to do

have you used this

to update directx? it will check what you got and update to latest patch.

other wise the game itself could be the problem.

Type in exact words from error message, also what game?
