Question “Server not found” on every browser and some apps, but only on laptop

Like I wrote in the head, I get the “server not found” message on every browser ( firefox, chrome, edge ) with the same websites, I try to access websites like tomshardware, lufthansa, reddit etc…, even Epic games or steam app can’t seem to connect, but other websites like youtube and gmail work perfectly.
I have tried a lot of things, like flushing dns cache via cmd, setting up my own dns server (8.8.8.8 , 8.8.4.4), I have checked if I set up any proxy, I have turned off windows firewall for all network options, and I have reseted my network settings, which fixed the issue for some minutes before returning to the message.
This only happens to my laptop running on windows 11, my Iphone and my Ipad work perfectly, so does anyone have an idea what it might be?

Make and model router or modem/router (if combined)?

The router's logs, if available and enabled, may provide some clue.

Who has full admin rights to the router? You will need help from that person.
