Some good, some bad. PSU - I've never heard of that one and it does seem a bit cheap.

I think the stock cooler on the 3700x is good enough without needing the additional cooler. I get mixed up with them these days

You could also do with more storage space as 512gb won't go that far these days if you plan on gaming.
If you're just gaming you don't need 32gb RAM, 16GB will be fine for the foreseeable future, and it's easy to add more at a later date.

It is important for me that the cooling is really quiet because it has to run at night while I'm sleeping. I will buy an extra hard drive if I need it in some months. but the idea with 16gb ram is worth considering, thx. Nice to know the PSU too cheap but I read some good reviews and I hope I can trust them. But will 550W be enough?
