Will that be enough to run Counter Strike Global Offensive? I need the Keyboard & Mouse since i don't have them at the moment.
Thanks for taking the time to help me.

Solution
Yes, thanks for correcting me. I forgot that Intel has some screwed naming scheme and the Pentiun G3220 is rated as a 3000 series instead of 4000. But you should stick to at least A10 7700 and 8 GBs of RAM. The GPU inside the 7700 is rather powerful compared to all the Intel Integrated graphics and all the sub 60-70 EUR dedicated video cards. The 7700 will beat Pentium G with a dedicated graphics card for 50-60 EUR.

You cant put a G3220 in a H81 motherboard - the I3 is LGA 1155 and the H81 is LGA 1150. They are physically incompatible

Which website are you using? Its not alternate.nl.- azerty.nl? Maybe is you use http://tweakers.net/ you can find the lowest prices.

I will urge you to find another 50 EUR to top it up to 350. Then you can get some nice performance going.

Considering your budget, I will change your motherboard, CPU and RAM to AMD platform.

This will give you a lot higher performance then any Intel within your budget.

I am also using GeiL Black Dragon RAM - like the one you listed, but for an AMD platform with integrated graphics, I switched it out for a higher bandwidth RAM which will help out.

I would also change the power supply to a be quiet! 350W. It may be 100W less than the Corsair VS, but the be quiet! System Power line uses better capacitors than the Corsair CX and VS.

Honestly I think you'd have a better time looking online for people selling used parts rather than buying a system, just make sure everythings compatible

the H8I and Pentium G3200 would work fine

however for a budget oriented system an amd APU such as the A10 7700 or a AMD A4-6300 and a gpu would perform way better than the pentium

On a side note - I used to have a G840 on a P67 board with a GT520. I know how much a Pentium G is capable of and it is not that much. Then I went for a 2700k. Then I changed the GT520 to 650Ti. Then I moved to Z77. And the old combo is now in my father's hands and he is happy with it - but he does not game. Intel gives a nice upgrade path, but if you don't want to upgrade then just stick with AMD. AMD is unbeatable if you want a budget friendly PC that you buy once and be done with it.
