Hi,

Im getting low GPU usage and low FPS when trying to play GTA V. I've tried changing the power settings to high performance but to no avail.

Im able to play Warzone on high setting while getting 100-110FPS so don't expect this to be problem for GTA V especially as I'm trying to run it on lower settings.

Specs:
GPU: 3080
CPU: i9
RAM: 32mb

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

We're going to need a little more information from you. Please list the full specs to your build, including the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. Have you tried reinstalling your GPU drivers(using DDU)?

Can you give us a number, what FPS are you getting in GTA V? Worth noting that the engine for GTA V has hard limits on frame rate, once it's pushed too high the game goes nuts.

Hmm My PC freezes on after logging in now. Can't progress much after this.
Possibly a HDD issue?

I will remove my HDD and see my PC can boot.
Would you let you what happens.

I assume this hard drive is used for storage, is GTA V on it or on an SSD? If your not familiar with it, go start and type 'reliability' and click 'view reliability history'. Just in case it has anything useful about your freezing.
