Question 0% GPU usage ! *cpu 100% usage*

Hello guys I came here because I couldn t find a solution for my problem
This problem only occurs when I play Battlefield 1
When I get into match I have very low fps about 25-30 , 0% gpu usage and very low clock on gpu
and cpu is at 100% usage
It doesnt matter if I change video setting everything stay same
My pc specs:
I5 3470*
R9 290 4gb
16gb of ram ddr3 1666mhz 4*4
q77 moba
750w psu
I think that I should be able to achieve more performance with this build

Found fix somehow when i was cleaning card i switch bios acidentally now i turned it back and now its working !
