Question 0% vram usage how to fix ?

so i didnt played on my pc for 1 day and now when i started my pc it says i have 0% vram usage wehn i played csgo i had more than 60 or higher fps on highest settings and now with 0% vram usage i have like 5 fps on lowest setting how can i fix this ?

i tried restarting the pc didnt work
