0 Write Speed on CrystalDiskMark

I did a bench mark on Crystal Disk Mark and it came up with the read speed at 142.6mb/s but the write speed is 0mb/s. https://imgur.com/a/pfuOX
My Hard Drive is a Toshiba MD04ACA400 4TB.
is there a way to fix this because my hard drive has been acting up lately.
This is also a Partition of 1 drive, there are 2 partitions. The Other partition i just did a test and 0 write speed as well.

I forgot to mention that this is a partition of a drive, does it matter thought or should i delete the partition?
