Question 0365 Outlook Encryption applying without enabling Encryption option in S/MIME

Hello Team,

Recently migration process done from Gmail to Microsoft and one issue occurred requested solution for the following case.

accessed outlook 365 with office.com and composed one Email with attachment and sent.

Note: At the time of writing new email "some message occurred related to Encryption. But we didn't enable any option in S/MIME and not applied any access permissions

Case1: Receiver unable to open or view attachment "Error message occurred as accessibility rights not given ". but we didn't apply an conditions.

Sounds like you need to choose a retention label for the email. Do you manage your own Office 365 account?
