.09 or .13 micron - which is better

I'm investing some money in a 3100+ sempron, but just recently the .09 micron version of this processor has been released. I plan on OCing this to around 3400+ speeds as i have seen that this can be done on the 3100+ .13 micron proc.
My question is, will the 3100+ .09 micron help or hurt my OCing? should i stick with a .13 or go with a .09? thanks for the help! :]

i will be using:

3100+
2 x 512 corsair cmx3200
9800 pro
Thermaltake silentboost K8

The 0,9 should overclock better but I recommend you get a much faster 2800+ for the same money.

AMD .09micron CPU's overclock better than the .13 ones and use less power.
