0A code on msi z170a gaming m5 mobo help

0A code? i have a msi z170a gaming m5 mobo and these are the rest of my components: i5-7600k,8gb ddr4 gskill ram,wd 1tb hdd,msi 1070ti,cooler master hyper 212 evo,evga 600b.
so everything was fine until i did my usual cleaning of my pc which involves taking gpu ram and cpu out and blowing out all the dust in my case witch i have done 2 or 3 times before with no problems . so i put every thing back in and double checked it all and i plugged every thing back in and i press the power button everything turns on and pining and rgbs turn on as well but only for a sptil second so i tryed again and this time it powered all on and no video at all i even tried a different monitor no success and at gave me a few codes on the mobo but it would stay on the code"0A" i have looked un the manual and everywhere on line and i cant find any thing about that code so if someone can help me i would be so great full and happy because im really sad right now plz help

You should never remove the CPU to clean the PC.

You can try removing everything and reinstalling again.

While the CPU is out LOOK LONG AND HARD FOR BENT CPU SOCKET PINS.

I believe what you are looking at is code DA which is CANT LOAD BOOT OPTION. check to see that your sata data and sata power cables are properly connected as its possible you inadvertently bumped something. or as mentioned above its possible something was damaged and now the system is throwing an error code. re check everything keeping an eye out for any abnormalities. hopefully you can figure it out and get back up and running

also with that large cpu cooler make sure your not crushing the cpu lid into the cpu chip and shorting it out.
