HI, i am looking for a mother board to replace my 0ry206 dell mother board with a new one that has a fm2 socket for 4gb of ram 1gb each and 3.0 usb ports please. Please help me.

Dells are tough to replace the motherboard since their boards are square I believe. So your only option is the exact board or a new PC case/motherboard, I would recommend the Gigabyte GA-F2A88XM-HD3 motherboard and Fractal Design Core 1000 case. If a power supply is needed a SeaSonic SS-300ES one of the best cheap power supplies.
