Question 0x0003 error geforce experience

When I download geforce experience and open it I get 0x0003 error code. I tried reinstalling everything and all other options, but not the ones which involves the Nvidia Telemetry Container since I am missing that one. Anyone can help me help with the error and know if it's nessecary to have that Telemetry Container?

seems can be caused be corrupt Nvidia services, have you tried running DDU in safe mode and remove all Nvidia and then try installing it again?

I tried using DDU, but it still did not work.

you can try to remove telemetry but it may not help, as last link in my last answer shows it may not help. Someone got error regardless.

That's the problem. There is no telemetry on my pc so I cannot remove it.
