I have a hp pendrive. Iam not been able to format it. so please help me regarding this

if you get an error message that says "write protected", try this: http://en.kioskea.net/faq/6984-remove-write-protection-from-pendrive

If you don't get any error message at all, the pen drive may be faulty so just replace it.
