Question 0xc0000005 errors all over the place after BIOS update, what did I mess up?

Hi, I bought this PC I'm using in last year around christmas and it had no issues till yesterday when I updated my ASRock motherboard BIOS to 7.02, which was successful.

When I first rebooted my PC with the updated BIOS, after a minute or so I was greeted by a BSOD screen which pointed out kneps.sys(Kaspersky Labs free AV) as its reason.

While I had two third party AV's installed(Malwarebytes and Kaspersky), I set Malwarebytes to not start on startup and was only using it as an occasional secondary scanner, and had no previous issues with two interacting with each other whatsoever(apart from Kaspersky keep bugging me about the incompatible program). For that reason, I was initially reluctant to make any changes to my system and BSODs were keep happening. (IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and ATTEMPTED_TO_WRITE_READONLY_MEMORY) after 5 consecutive BSODs, the windows refused to boot and I was forced to do system restore(to last successful setting) to at least render my system able to boot. After a successful boot, I went into safe mode and uninstalled both Malwarebytes and Kaspersky(using kavremover tool), and reinstalled Kaspersky only, BSODs were gone and system became somewhat stable after I did this step.

At this point I decided to let the PC load some random 3 hour YouTube video documentary, It did not crash or display error windows. I went on to boot some games. (Tiny Tina's Wonderlands, Hitman 3, Deep Rock Galactic, Cyberpunk 2077). Instant crashes, with near every message naming nvwgf2umx.dll and ntdll.dll as their culprit. Error code is always 0xc0000005 with no exception. I uninstalled display drivers using DDU in safe mode with no internet connection and installed the latest drivers. met with the same error. I decided to search up a little more, and many people blamed their RAM. I did a memtest, and it showed no error. I unplugged them, checked for dust(there were none) and replugged it back. That still didn't fix the issue. I just decided to let Windows do their own GPU driver install, and the same 0xc0000005 memory allocation error from games, this time with msmpeg2vdec.dll as a fault. Did a chkdsk and sfc scannow, and all results were okay. Started some games, Tiny Tina's Wonderland briefly worked to menu screen with a character render before crashing due to out of memory errors when I actually loaded the save. Reinstalled Windows (not clean, kept apps and settings) using a 32GB memory stick. After that still the same errors.

Out of options(apart from clean windows install which I doubt it'll fix the issue), decided to boot random games to test.

Payday 2 (HDD), now comes with an atrocious load time. Can customize weapons and inspect things in main menu, but crashed when I tried to actually play.

Disco Elysium (HDD), nvwgf2umx.dll error, initial load screen and artwork loads. HDR works.

Blacksad: Under the Skin (HDD), Actually played for a while, and then crashed. reason: msmpeg2vdec.dll.

Bomber Crew (HDD), Played 1 mission, no problem whatsoever.

Cyberpunk 2077 (SSD) Instant crash, sometimes I could see the initial logo screen, but after that, crash.

Hitman 3 (HDD), Instant Crash.

Tiny Tina's Wonderlands (SSD), I can get my character model to load if I'm lucky, but it eventually crash when I go further. Usually, instant crash.

Say No! More (HDD), weirdly long load time, but works.

Rise of the Tomb Raider (HDD), Instant crash.

Death Road to Canada (HDD), Instant crash.

Deep Rock Galactic (HDD),
-Default option: Can load into game's hub normally, HDR not working.
-DX12: Nine out of memory error windows, Kaspersky, Steam, Task Manager all were crashed as a result.
-DX11: I believe this is the same as the Default option, as I was using DX11.
-Safe Mode: BSOD. ATTEMPTED_EXECUTE_OF_NOEXECUTE_MEMORY, ntoskrnl.exe.

Halo Infinite (SSD), Load icon visible, after that, crash.

Ghostwire: Tokyo (HDD), Instant crash.

Vast majority of crash errors above came with a code of 0xc0000005 with nvwgf2umx.dll as their faulty module.
Less demanding Unity games all seemed to somewhat work.
According to Task Manager processes utilized CPU/RAM/GPU normally in working apps.

Specs:
ASRock Z790 PG Lightning D4, BIOS version 7.02.
i7-13700K
Intel SSD 6 512GB (Using only for OS)
RTX 4090, Driver version 537.34.
32GB (16x2) DDR4 3600MHz
Super Flower Leadex Platinum Special Edition 1000W 80 Plus Platinum.

No OC is applied in all compoments, I never did. Including XMP.

NEVER install 2 separate AVs simultaneously. Even if only one is running it can cause problems as they will both be digging into the OS, which can cause conflicts. Pick one and uninstall the other, in fact I would highly recommend in this case that you use an uninstall tool that offers to do a deep clean by removing any registry bits left over.

There's also ZERO reason to not use XMP, and if you don't, your DDR4 RAM will be running at a speed too slow to make full use of that fine CPU.

I already did, as I wrote above. That's not the main problem I'm facing right now.

Will note that in the future, after I sort out this problem.

???, this, "I went into safe mode and uninstalled both Malwarebytes and Kaspersky(using kavremover tool), and reinstalled Kaspersky only, BSODs were gone and system became somewhat stable after I did this step", doesn't exactly imply you were still having problems.

I also don't like that you just let Windows install something as important as a GPU driver. Go straight to Nvidia's driver page and get the latest one there.

Besides the MB BIOS though, have you installed and/or updated the Chipset driver?

I meant somewhat stable in, the system not crashing itself anymore after a minute, sorry if my wording was confusing. The main problem I currently have is like the title of this thread suggests, crashing apps.

Updated the driver, apps are still crashing because of same memory issues. I only let Windows install outdated 1 month old driver because installing the latest one didn't fix the issue. Regarding chipset driver- yes. I have it correctly installed and Windows Device Manager is displaying correct 24 threads for me.
