0xc00007b Error for Many Steam Titles

I did everything specified in this thread http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/faq/id-1931360/0xc00007b-error-fix.html but none of these options worked. I'm 100% unwilling to do a reinstall of my OS and redownload all of my programs, so that's out of the question for the time being. I'm running a 64 bit Windows 7 Home Premium, and this has never happened to me up until recently. Why all of a sudden the thing decided to crap out on me I have no idea what to do right now.

Here is what the system came up with. Due to me already reinstalling the redists this site told me to reinstall, I have no idea why these files are missing from System32 and SysWOW64.

Tried that, it did not work. Getting really irritated about this, since a few weeks ago these games ran fine. Now they don't.

When I added the Dlls from the earlier post, it gives me this nonsense. I've just about had it with this stupid thing. A reinstall of DirectX didn't do anything, and I'm getting VERY aggravated right now.
