MSI Afterburner has this as part of their Benchmarking tool now as well as minimum frame rate. My understanding was that these metrics of frame times replaced minimum frame rates because they were "outliers". Yet, MSI Afterburner ends up recording some benchmarks for me that look like this:
Average framerate : 65.7 FPS
Minimum framerate : 43.7 FPS
Maximum framerate : 85.5 FPS
1% low framerate : 44.2 FPS
0.1% low framerate : 11.5 FPS
Average framerate : 80.0 FPS
Minimum framerate : 16.8 FPS
Maximum framerate : 131.5 FPS
1% low framerate : 17.8 FPS
0.1% low framerate : 8.6 FPS
How can the 0.1% low be half of to four times lower than the minimum?
