Approximate Purchase Date: Today (If I can get some answers) :)

Budget Range: Less than $1,000 dollars.

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, World of Warcraft the most - Then regular usage, browsing web, netflix, emails, word.

Are you buying a monitor: No

Parts to Upgrade: CPU, Mobo, Power Supply, Graphics card

Do you need to buy OS: Yes - Windows 10?

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Newegg.com - But will consider any if it is cheaper and reliable.

Location: New York, USA

Parts Preferences: No preference. Will consider all.

Overclocking: No - unless recommended? (Do not know much)

SLI or Crossfire: (I do not know what this means)

Your Monitor Resolution: 1600 by 900

Additional Comments: I would like to play World of Warcraft on Ultra if it is possible under that budget. But even high can be considered if it is a reasonable price.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: It is an old computer - I get a message that I need to upgrade graphics card when I open the game. The max that I can upgrade with this Motherboard is Intel quad 2 core. So it is not much.

You should not be paying $140 for a keyboard on a budget of $1,000. That is a ridiculous waste of money. That should be going to graphics, and if you wait a couple of weeks the GTX 1070 will be available, and that will be a huge boost in graphics power over an R9-380. I would do that whole build over from scratch and try something like this:

i5 is better than the i7?
Would I need another case? Or can I just use my old one? Same with the memory?

More like i5 = i7. The only way you would need the extra processing power is if you are going to be going to 4K or using VR devices like the Oculus or HTC Vive. You could reuse your old case depending on what it is to save money. But you can't use your old RAM on a new system. That RAM is 200 pin DDR2, you would need 288 pin DDR4 in order for it to work properly.
