i7 6800k overclocked 4.2ghz 1.30v

Dual monitors
Was testing the systems capabilities and just kept opening youtube videos in Edge. After about the 15th tab the monitors would flash black every time I opened another video with this in the event log:
Dwminit event 0
The Desktop Window Manager process has exited. (Process exit code: 0x000000ff, Restart count: 1, Primary display device ID: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB)
Besides the ~2 second black screen everything was normal and snappy.
I did run sfc scan and it found no errors.
Of course I'd never have more than one video streaming at a time but I watched a similar 6800k build do the same exact thing without a hiccup. I also did a decent amount of stability testing with this overclock which is extremely modest at 4.2ghz and 1.30v. 600% HCI memtest, 7 hours OCCT, hwbot x265 8x4k scored .995
