1.2 unlocked out of the box?

Just to clarify something. I heard somewhere that the 1.2 ghz Athlon-C comes with the multiplier unlocked. Is this true? I heard again that it was just the 1.33, so I'm a little confused.

You are right- I bought a 1.2 "b" and a "c"- both were unlocked and OC to 1470 identically on my machine- No diff at all between the two.
