i had overclocked my i5 4690k a few months back with 4.3 at 1.2 volts but it blue screened so i went down to 4.1 at 1.120v. i felt daring today and i overclocked it to 4.4 ghz with 1.210v. is this too much, or enough? in idle its sitting around 39-47 degrees and goes to 57 at load

Solution
Agreed. You need to do some stability testing before jumping in a game. You'll want to see the various temperatures and voltages as it is running under a high load.

bumped the oc down to 4.3 on 1.210v seems ok, havent bluescreened yet but i seem to be getting lower frames than i did with 4.1 ghz and i am stuttering a bit on gta 5, does this mean the oc is unstable?
