I just recently built an AMD 1.2ghz machine with 256m of pc-133 ram. One of the deciding factors on my choice of processor was the many benchmarks here on THG. For some reason, my CPU usage is at 100% ALOT of the time.. installing Baldur's Gate II, it was at 99-100% the whole time. What surprises me is that no matter what I do, no more than around 160megs of my memory is EVERY used...If someone could clue me in as to whether such CPU usage is normal, please let me know...
