Hello I have MSI MPG Z390 Gaming Edge Ac motherboard. There are 1.2v sockets for ram. Can I use 1.35v ram ? Will it work?

1.2v is just starting voltage for DDR4 at or near it's base frequency of 2133MHz. Most RAM will require at least 1.35v when overclocked either by XMP or manually so any MB with XMP settings is already taking that into account and can produce 1.35v and more when needed.
