1-3-2 beep code

I looked up this 1-3-2 beep code pattern for my Optiplex 390 mobo and it said that the code was for a problem with the ram, but I tried doing different combinations of ram sticks and different slots but none it worked. I even tried taking out the graphics card, but the beeps were still there. Anybody know if it's a different problem?

Ok, can you borrow friend's RAM sticks and try them in your PC by same method, 1 by 1 in every slot?
Also, check your RAM in his PC to rule it out.

I just pulled ram out of one of my working pc's but the beeping persisted.

Well if there are no bent pins on CPU/CPU socket it could be faulty mobo.
Check capacitors around RAM slots. If they are bulged it may be them also.
