you used brilliant components except for the power supply, you could be SLI ready but the psu is just terrible.
you don't cut out the power supply to save money; if anything PSU's should be the highest priority.
best one for your needs on a budget is this: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1750gts3x
downgrade the HDD to a western digital blue to save $30, and get rid of the SSD and get it later, and you can get it now.

knock up the power supply to something gold rated and preferably 700-750 watts It'll go over your price range unfortunately, you could knock the cpu down to a i5 4690k Hyper threading isn't used in many games and if you give it an OC to about 4.2ghz (4.5ghz is possible on a 212 cooler but it varies from each individual CPU) and it'll get similar results to a 4790k. Use the money you saved from going for the i5 4690k instead of the i7 4790k to put towards a better power supply.

So if I can put in another $50, this would be the best build for the price?

If you are going to stream at the same time, it'll use more System hardware which means more power. You need something better than a 500 bronze

Oh wait you changed it. nevermind

More than 500 watts to stream and game? No, you don't need more.

I wouldn't go with a seagate HDD because of their high failure rate.
Here, this one has a 2nd best tier PSU (http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html)
It doesn't hurt to have 16GBs of ram for streaming at higher quality, but you can get by with 8. (Even 4 sometimes)

''More than 500 watts to stream and game? No, you don't need more''

i choosed a 750W psu because of the good price and the op will be able to add an other gpu card in SLI in the futur without changing the psu again

I would still like the i7 4790k

SLI is overrated. It usually causes more random problems than just having a single card.

perfect. I couldn't have put the list together better myself.

No I'm still right, most new games have problems with SLI for a while after they're released.
Also did you read that review? It says the single GTX titan, which is an insanely priced card, is still more stable than the SLI. We're not talking about titan grade spending here, we're talking about the difference between a 980 and 970/960 in SLI.
