1.35-1.45 vcore under load 5 ghz 8700k

Is this a dangerous overclock? This is what the motherboard set's it to on auto

I have an extreme4 z370 if that matters as well. Oh and Air cooled. But temps stay under 70c.

70C under what sort of load? Those would be quite good temps for most any load at that clock speed and core voltage...

Nah your totally right. I ran some serious cpu stress tests and it was at like 95c. Reverted back to stock.

95C is still under MAX, also it was a stress test, temps can get pretty high on those tests. You will probably never reach such a stress in normal usage or even rendering.
