i have gskil 16 gb -8*2-
f4-3000c15d-16gvr
cl15-15-15-35 1.36v

in bios it shows speed 2133 and dram 1.20v
I did not enabled xmp profile

I have a strange prople sometimes when I restart my computer during restart it shut down completely for 2 to 3 seconds and start again to windows
maybe I need to change the voltage to 1.35v ??

Solution
Try at 1.25 if leaving at 2133, the mobo is setting things to it's defaults. Once things are running well, i.e. the thermal compound on the CPU has had time to cure and if you want to OC a bit, go ahead and enable XMP and give the 2800 a shot, XMP should set it up for you if the BIOS is ready for it, might check for updated BIOS also
no but do I need ??
also do you thing my proplem is because I did not applied xmp profile ??

also my motherboard is z170x gaming 5
I don't see any error code on the debug led so I don't thing I have a proplem with the memory or motherboard right ??

yes, undervolting can cause stability issues, but you are also underclocking it as well...

I suggest running memtest86 and if it comes back error free then no harm done leave as is.
