Question 1/4 Memory Sticks Dont Work What to Do?

I bought a 4x16gb 3600 corsair dominator rgb kit but one of the sticks when ever I insert into the system the system refuses to boot however the stick lights up with all the RGB is there a specific reasoning that can work or can I maybe fix it with basic understanding/send into a repair shop or is my only option to RMA.
