1.428v ok 24/7 for 4.5GHz overclock on FX-8350?

I'd like to let it run but after use I just turn it off. Would it be alright in the long term to just leave this system running? Using a Sabertooth 990 R.2 Motherboard

As long as your temperatures are under 62C @ full load, I see no reason at all why it wouldn't be fine. I run my 8350 @ 4.4 GHz everyday, and I am running just a bit less voltage than you are (1.38 vcore IIRC).
