1.4G multiplier, 200MHz bus?

What multiplier do you set for a 1.4G on a 200Mhz bus, like on an ABIT KT7? I mean we have 5 to 12.5, so which is it?

cant run 1400 on abit until new bios comes out

Does the 1.4G use the same multiplier pins or not? If it does, which multplier gives 14 times? 5x?
