1.4v on a 1.36v setting

Hello, first of all my motherboard is B350 MSI Gaming Pro Carbon and my cpu is Ryzen 1600x. So I went to the bios, changed my multiplier thing to 39 so I'd get 3.9ghz, and changed the voltage to 1.3625, but when I went to cinebench and tested everything, the core voltage was on 1.4 the whole time and it still is now even though I'm not running anything..

Probably have several of the automatic functions enabled would be my guess. If the CPU thinks it needs 1.4 for 3.9Ghz, it might be right.

well I mean I was using Ryzen Master and tested 3.9ghz on 1.355V for a full day playing games and testing cinebench and it didnt crash or anything, so i dont think i need +4.5V..
