[SOLVED] $1,500 New PC Build Help - Gaming, Streaming, and Conferencing...

Firstly, thank you for all of the support over the years on this site, the willingness to help/advise, to not only myself but all the others.
Happy New Year!

I teach virtually and need to be able to link 3 monitors to this build. This is a must. I enjoy watching my friends' streams while we game together. I often play videos while gaming as well so multitasking things is a priority. Nothing special or different from most people building a PC, I think.
That aside, I'll list my peripherals at the bottom...

My general budget is $1,500 for this PC. I don't intend on playing games at 4K @120FPS etc... Just 1080 @60FPS is fine by me. What matters more to me is that I can have 2-3 monitors all displaying 1080 @60FPS...
This budget is for the PC(new case), OS, Wi-Fi adapter, and single monitor (high fidelity and refresh rate for gaming, my current two are fine for conferencing and watching streams).

Preferences:
Any color
Currently have 3 low-end SSDs and 1 high-end HDD that I would like to shift into a M.2 SSD (2TB I suppose)
Would like reliable USB ports as I constantly move data around for work
Would like Bluetooth capability
Prefer to shop online in USA

The i5 seems to be on the low end (insofar as I can tell) for CPUs so will it have any issues with typical gaming/streaming simultaneously? Would it be worth it to swing a little money over and pick up a Ryzen?
I see I would need to switch out the mobo for something like that to accommodate it.
Of course, it would put me over budget because I'd need to pick up a better monitor and such. I could use my current little SSD for windows boot and just use the M.2 as my main storage...

I posted a link to the review/benchmarks of that cpu in my first post. It more than holds its own. What you want is a cpu that won't bottleneck your gpu hence the reason I stuck it in that build. Don't let the price fool you, it's hands down the best bargain going atm for gaming cpu's.

Oh I see that now! Missed it the first time around. Thank you! I guess that huge market share accounts for the popularity of Ryzen in new builds.

I guess now I'll tweak it for style and see how it goes.

First, the system suggested doesn't include monitor nor OS as clearly stated by OP.
Secondly, 3070 for $500 ? I don't think so. Even with the use if auto notification bots you will not get that at MSRP. That's the price of 3060ti right now.
Thirdly, cpu cooler. Stock ones suck, and not in a good way. I'd strongly recommend aftermarket cooler.
Keep SSDs and HDD unless at the end of life. You can check that with a software.

3 x 1080P monitors would be 1440 wouldn't it. As far as those RTX cards are concerned, they are due out en masse the end of this month according to a couple of sites .. so I don't see newegg selling the FE cards more than the suggested retail once they are out.

3 1080p is 6.2 million pixels, 1440p is 3.6.
I would still recommend 3060ti as a better value per dollar.

Here's a little trick to boost that Intel cpu but you want to make sure you have a decent aftermarket cpu cooler.

An RTX 3070 for gaming on 1440 and an RTX 3080 for 4K ... a 750W psu will run either of those cards. I wouldn't go with anything less than a 3070 for your set up.

The RTX 3070 is what you want for gaming @ 1440.
