1.65 RAM voltage too much for intel cpu?

I got this message from PC Part Picker, this is my first build and i'm not sure what this means:

"G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory operating voltage of 1.6V exceeds the Intel Haswell CPU recommended maximum of 1.5V+5% (1.575V). This memory module may run at a reduced clock rate to meet the 1.5V voltage recommendation, or may require running at a voltage greater than the Intel recommended maximum." Is this a big deal?

I know Haswell, (not so sure about SB and IB) are recommended a RAM voltage of 1.5v. Just get a lower voltage RAM if you have a Haswell.

You can get G skill Ripjaws X (1.5v) 1600mhz

EDIT: There has been some confusion about this in the past. This is the most current statement of by an Intel Tech as of Dec 2013\

Using a memory with higher specifications (clock speed & voltage) can damage the processor internal components slowing down the performance and decreasing the product life. My best recommendation is to get a compatible memory with your processor or getting a RAM capable of using profiles so you can downclock the memory to make it compatible with your system"

You can the same frequency RAM at 1.5V but first we need to know your CPU

my cpu is the i3-4130 3.4 GHz

That CPU supports DDR3-1333/1600 at 1.5V

i dont think so but just to be safe get the 1.5 wolt
