1.66 GHz Quad Core or 2.5 GHz Dual core, which one to buy.

I'm looking for a laptop to buy, now I'm stuck between HP i5 7250 2.5 GHz / dual core with everything else similar to an Acer laptop with Processor i5 8250 1.6 GHz/Quad core. I would greatly appreciate for your answers and your time.

Appreciate for your help and yes it is 7200, but can you please suggest any laptop in range of 700-800$. Once again thank you.

Suggesting a laptop is somewhat difficult; select one that has the CPU that you want and then decide what else you want (memory size, screen resolution and SSD or HDD storage). Personnally I'd consider the Lenovo Ideapad 320, the DELL Laptop i5570-5395SLV or the HP ProBook 450 G5 because they meet my requirements, but yours may be different.
