1.95gb available but 4gb ram installed

I'm having trouble with my Ram memory. How do I disable Integrated Graphics to not share memory.
Update: I have Graphics Card.

CPU:AMD A10-5800K APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics (4 CPUs), ~3.8GHz
Motherboard:Gigabyte F2A55M-DS2
Ram:4GB DDR3
GPU:AMD Radeon HD 6900 Series
OS:Windows 10 Pro (64-bit)

It's okay I guess I will need to change my PC.

Not necessarily. I forgot to mention, that if possible try an earlier operating system such as - Windows 8.1, or 8, or 7, instead of Windows 10.
