1 beep. No display

Hello. I just recently build a new PC:

ASUS P8A77-V LK (1155)
Intel i7 3770 (1155)
Corsair 100i CPU Cooler
Corsair CX750M Power Supply
Geforce 680 Graphics Card

Yet when I turn it on I yet one beep and no display. i have tried with both the onboard and the Geforce Cards.
The Manual said it might be a keyboard error so I switched keyboard and the Control-alt-delete works to reset.

(all lights are on and fans spin)

Any help would be appreciated
Update! The PC boots perfectly Without the GTX, Does this mean the 680 is broken?

Is this the POST beep?

If not, it means that the memory refresh circuitry is faulty. Re-seat the memory modules. If the system still beeps, replace the memory. http://www.technick.net/public/code/cp_dpage.php?aiocp_dp=guide_beep_codes
