Hey guys!

I want to ask you guys if 1 fan is enough for a laptop with these specs:

I7 6700hq
nvidia gtx 940
16gb ram
big foot killer network
artix cooling compound
128 gb ssd
500gb hdd 7200rpm

I will mostly use virtual machines, photoshop, visual studio and code editor software and time to time i will play a game (Not bf4 or something more like CS : GO and MMORPGS no game that ask alot of GPU
I do a lot of multi tasking will 1 fan be enough then?

Thanks in advance!

There are no reviews because i will let the laptop made custom by a company.

Pretty bad idea to go with a one-off machine, it means zero driver support and zero reliability statistics.

Anyway, it's impossible to say anything without knowing what cooling solution options you have

They will give a CD to install all needed drivers

If i buy a laptop with those specs from a shop i will pay around 1500.- and if i let it make custom i pay 1000.- thats why i let it made custom.

Solution
Should be enough.
I had an i7 3610QM and GT 650M Lenovo laptop with only 1 fan.
It started thermal throttling on 3rd year when the CPU starts to rise around 90-100C during stress test.
The thermal paste should be replaced with a new one every 2 years under heavy use.
Had the thermal paste replace for the CPU and GPU and now its working fine again and no issues so far.
BTW the laptop is from 2012.
