Question 1 FPS…

I just got my first gaming PC. It has a 3060 TI, Windows 10, Ryzen 5 5600G, 16GB of Ram. For some reason it’s telling me that my PC is stuck on 1hz, and i can’t change anything at all. Is there anything i can do to improve this?

Try reinstalling your monitor drivers then you should be able to change it.
