[SOLVED] 1 fps in all games, 1000ms GPU TIME

Hello, so i have big issue still cannot fix it its been 3 days already im trying all kinds of things i saw on internet nothing helped me yet. So issue is that every game i open up i have 1fps for some reason its locked on 1 fps, also in cod mw warzone i truned on all parameters and GPU time is 1000 ms. This issue started happening to me after the april windows update, i restarted it to update windows i took like 30 minutes to update it for some reason. after that when i went in games i had this issue, so not sure if its windows update that broke my pc/system or what happend also when reset my pc and go into game my fps is good for like 5 minutes and after that it goes on 1fps locked i hope i can fix this without clean install of new windows that's my last option.

Yeah seems some were affected by April's update.

yeah i tried it still got the same issue, also i found temp solution when i turn on task manager and leave it open my game works pretty fine for like 20 minutes

Could be wrong in your situation but have seen cases here where a virus or malware (ie resource hogging virus like crypto mining malware) hiding and temporarily disabling itself to prevent detection by the user looking for something unusual in TM.

April's update might have caused something but also might be a coincidence.
