Hello,

I have a question about GPU's

If I was going to buy 1 Graphic's card like the (SAPPHIRE Vapor-X Radeon R9 280X 100363VX-3L 3GB - $249.99) Would It be better to buy 2 less of value cards for like XFX Radeon R7 360 (R7-360P-2DFG) 2048MB PCIe x16 Gen 3.0 - $360.00 x2

My CPU Intel i7 4790k

What I'm going to do. Stream/Record CS:GO And Skyrim

This question has been an argument since 2 way SLI and CFX became possible, is it worth buying 2 lower end cards or 1 higher end card.

Ultimately, 1 higher end card will give you MANY advantages over twin smaller cards, here's a few:

1. No latency issues that crossfire has had bugs with in the past.
2. More reliable (less chance of something going out).
3. More power efficient.
4. Faster. A single more powerful GPU for the same price as 2 smaller cards is actually faster because AMD and NVidia put the right prices on each of their cards. For example, the GTX 960 is EXACTLY half the performance of a GTX 980. Twin GTX 950s is the equivalent of a GTX 970.

Another fact that already shows that 2 way or higher graphics configurations is...
The price doesn't even match up. Get a R9 290 or GTX 980, having double cards considering price points just doesn't make sense. Single card will always be more cost effective and the smarter choice.

Another fact that already shows that 2 way or higher graphics configurations is not that great is that only 10% of the entire gaming community actually runs SLI/CFX. The other 90% run single GPU configs.
