You have a "stuck pixel". Most monitor manufacturers, in the fine print of the warranty "allow" a small number of stuck pixels. Google "Fix stuck pixel" there are a number of articles on fixing stuck pixels. I have never tried any of them so I can't recommend a specific remedy.

If that green dot is on the same spot all the time, it is the stuck pixel. More info http://anidandesign.com/computer-issues/dead-pixels-or-that-tiny-black-spot-on-your-lcd-screen-that-wont-go-away/
You can try the methods in the link. 1) gently rubbing the screen 2) use the "JScreenFix", "UDPixel", or "Wikihow" ( you can see them in that link), because I don't try those so I don't know it will work out or not.

so that is (Stuck Pixel)
i'm already tried some of this for a hours and nothing happen its all are traditional solutions
im need final solution someone did tried by himself and fix it
or this will never fixing ?? 🙁

If you tried whatever were the possible fixes already, the only option is to replace the LCD screen or the monitor.

A dead pixel would be black. You have a "stuck pixel" which is stuck in green.

Most manufacturers do not see a single pixel or even several bad pixels as a defect, you need a few in one area or something like 4+ spread out before they will exhange it. Depends on the maker though, warranty policies vary.
