I have two different monitors, first is 22 inch second is 40 inch, can I use an HDMI splitter to view same output in those two different monitors from one HDMI Output of my Computer ?

Solution
You'd have to use a splitter for this scenario, such as this device I found on Amazon:

https://www.amazon.com/HD-102-Powered-Splitter-Certified-Support/dp/B005HXFARS/ref=pd_lpo_vtph_23_tr_t_2?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=ZDN1N7AV0AJRRSAREDH9&dpID=412GDbyCYBL&preST=_SY300_QL70_&dpSrc=detail

It will duplicate the signal so you get the same picture on both displays. The limitation is that this box only goes up to 1080p. The same manufacturer also makes a similar product that will work for displays up to 4K, but it's out of stock at the moment.
HDMI doesn't support multiple video streams, an HDMI splitter will only duplicate one image to two screens.

It is not possible to run two independent monitors from any type of port besides DisplayPort.

EDIT: I misread sorry, yes you can use an HDMI splitter
