1 long 2 short beeps on windows startup and random beeps when shutting down

Hello, can anyone help me? there's 1 long and 2 short beeps when I turned on my pc, in log-in window, my password is already there(kinda remembered password, though I think there's nothing like that in Windows). without logging in, i clicked the shutdown button and random beeps occured the pc shutdown fine but the beeps worries me. I know there's something wrong in my pc. Help please.

1 long and 2 short beeps happens mostly because of a defective VGA or probably motherboard.Is it possible for you to test your card in another system ?

I could be your motherboard telling you your cpu fan isn't starting up right away. I have my bios set to tell me if it isn't spinning and when I first turn on my computer, it takes a second or two to start up. I get about 2 beeps when I first turn on my computer because of this.
