Question 1 Long Beep 3 Short Beeps - Intermittent ?

Getting this POST error:
1 Long Beep 3 Short Beeps
System boots and works just fine
But when it does happen, the post screen isn't visible and I can't boot into the BIOS
Issue is intermittent.
Have recently updated the BIOS, before the issue began.
Have tried removing and reseating the GPU

MSI 1070 Armor
Asus Z390-F Gaming

Any tips gratefully received.

I am getting this same error with my computer. I can run it all day long and play one of my games with no issue. About an hour or so into COD Warzone or Star Wars: Squadrons, the screen goes black, I can hear the audio for about five seconds then nothing.
If I just push the reset button, I get the one long, three short beeps. If I turn off power from the PS switch and wait a few seconds, it boots right up and may not have this issue for a day or so. I have not changed anything recently.
Temps seem fine, updated chipset and GPU drivers but still having this issue.
