1 long beep 3 short beeps sapphire hd 7970 oc

hi everyone pls help
i was playing the evil within and my computer just turn off by itself and
when i turn it up again no signal from my hdmi tv
the card fan work fine .. but all i hear 1 long beep 3 short beeps on bios ....
i tried to do rest coms ..

my system specs
cooler master haf x full tower
cooler master v6 gt
motherboard gigabyte z77_ud5h
i7 2700k sandy bridge
win7 ultimate . 64bit
samsung ssd 840 evo 120gb
16g ram_ 1600mhz

i have another ram and everything work fine if i remove my graphics card
