1 long beep then 2 short beep code for Gateway.

Just put together a new pc with some parts I had laying around. When I start it, it beeps 1 long beep then 2 short beeps, it is a gateway motherboard.

1 long beep then 2 short beeps indicates a video error has occurred and the BIOS cannot initialize the video screen to display any additional information.

That's what I thought to but after trouble shooting for a while I actually found out that the VGA connection to my monitor was loose, so in the end it was just the wrong boot drive was not selected.
