1. MBR (Master Boot Record) and 2. GPT (GUID Partition Table)

i chose mbr from what i read thats the one i should pick. its a harddrive i installed to have for games. Did i pick correct? , i have windows 10 btw

Theres a lot more to this question. MBR is limited to 2.2tb or less So if your drive is more it will be cut off (there are ways around this). Also GPT is newer and allows for more partitions (should you chose that) and its recovery abilities are more robust should you have some sort of failure.

its only one tb for storage and some games , so should i change to gpt then or keep it

If you aren't using it yet and its not a lot of work, GPT is preferable.
