[SOLVED] 1 of 2 SSD's not showing up in bios or windows.

AsRock z390 Phantom Gaming 4-IB
Intel i9 9900K
16 G XPG DDR4 2666
GTX 1060
Samsung Evo 1TB NVME (boot drive)
WD 1TB HD
WD 1TB HD
SanDisk 240GB SSD
Patriot 240GB SSD

I can not get both SSD's to be recognized. If I disconnect one the other will work. I tried switching SATA ports and new cables, they both work, just not simultaneously.
A friend suggested the NVME drive could be causing a conflict, but I am admittedly clueless.
Full disclosure, I am a carpenter with limited PC technical knowledge and not entirely sure what to do. Any help would be welcomed and greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Which specific drives, and where are they?

https://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z390 Phantom Gaming 4/index.asp#Specification
---------------------------------
If M2_1 is occupied by a SATA-type M.2 device, SATA3_5 will be disabled.
If M2_2 is occupied by a SATA-type M.2 device, SATA3_1 will be disabled.
If M2_2 is occupied by a PCIe-type M.2 device, SATA3_0 will be disabled.

Ok. This seems like a reasonable lead. Thank you. I will investigate this further and reply with specifics.

Thank you for your response. It lead me down the right path. Moving the NVME drive to the upper slot (M2-1) alleviated the conflict and now all drives are recognized and functioning properly.
Thank you again !
